How much is delivery?

When will my order be dispatched?
In the UK, orders placed before 3pm will be send out the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
International orders (once live) will be dispatched within 48 hours.
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard Delivery: 2-3 days from dispatch
Returns
I don't want my order anymore. Can I return it?
- Yes, you have 14 days from purchase to return it.
- You will need to cover the return postage, and we can not issue a refund for any non-recorded returns that go missing. Please keep hold of your tracking information/proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us.

Can I exchange for another product?
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges but you can return your item within 14 days for a full refund and buy something else you love (subject to our refund policy below).
Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
